摘要
在糖基化工程中,通过酶法对蛋白质进行糖基化修饰和对天然糖蛋白去糖基化是研究糖蛋白结构与功能的重要手段。本文综述了近年来所纯化的主要的糖基化转移酶和去糖基化酶的性质和应用。
In glycosylation engineering, glycoproteins are modified by glycosylation and deglycosylation. Glycosyltransferases and the enzymes of deglycosylation play important roles in the processes. The main characteristics and applications of these enzymes purified in recent years were reviewed.
