摘要 应用ＨＰＬＣ进行流动荧光注射测定饲料中的色氨酸，比常规方法灵敏度高、快速。最佳测定条件为：激发波长３６５ｎｍ；发射波长４５０ｎｍ；流率是０．５ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ。 A HPLC folw fluorescent injection method was successfully used to determine Tryptophane in feed with high sensitivity and efficiency when compared with classical method. The optimum conditions for the determination was 365nm as exciting light and 450nm as emission light at a flow rate of 0.5ml/min
