摘要
主要介绍在设计高温(250℃)、高压(32 MPa)、操作介质为剧毒气体设备时,密封结构的设计及密封垫的选用。对于实现介质为剧毒设备的密封是非常重要的。并通过试验和理论论述进一步证实了O型胶圈的耐压和耐高温的能力。对同类设备设计具有一定的参考价值。
This article introduces mainly how to design sealing construction and how to choose to use sealing gasket, as the design high temperature is 250 ℃, and the design high pressure is 32 MPa, and the operation medium of the equipment is a deadly poison air, which is very important to seal the deadly poison air equipment completely. By the test and theory illustration, which further confirmed the ability of O -ring resistance topressure, and the ability of O - ring resistance to high temperature.
