摘要 考虑到硫铁矿烧渣中的铁难以直接富集,提出采用精料政策间接富集的技术设想,即对原料硫铁矿进行富集,使入炉矿w(S)从约45%提高到约49%,从而使烧渣全铁达约64%。试验证明,该烧渣可全部用于生产球团矿,供炼铁使用。在试验的基础上建设了工业选矿富集装置和球团矿生产装置,试生产情况良好。 A concept for indirect concentration of iron in pyrite cinder from sulphurc acid plant was presented, considering the difficulty with direct concentration of iron in cinder. Raw pyrite was concentrated to contain S about 49% from about 45% and roasted to discharge a cinder with total iron content of about 64%. The tests showed that the cinder could be all used to produce pellets for iron making. On the basis of tests, an ore dressing plant and pellet plant on industrial scale were installed with satisfactory results of trial production.
