摘要
以当今世界汽车整车和零部件供应商(简称"整零")间协作的主流模式为研究对象,从"整零"模式体系的形成基础及相互关系入手,重点分析了日本汽车产业和以丰田汽车公司为典型代表的塔式供应体系的特点,及其核心运作方式和效应。并与纵向一体化、平行发展的欧美"整零"模式的管理方法进行了对比分析。
Taking the "Complete Vehicle and Parts" cooperation in world auto industrial chain mainstream pattern nowadays as study object, the auto industry in Japan and the feature of tower supply system represented by Toyota and its core way of operation and effect are analyzed based on the form basis and interrelationship. And the article makes a comparative analysis combined with parallel " Corporation of Complete Vehicle and Parts " patterns of management method in Europe and America.
