摘要
分析了一种磁悬浮飞轮用新型永磁偏置径向磁轴承的工作原理,利用等效磁路法对该永磁偏置径向混合磁轴承进行了分析,提出了基于位移刚度以及电流刚度的永磁偏置径向混合磁轴承的设计方法,给出了具体的设计步骤和设计实例。理论分析表明,所提出的方法与现有的设计方法相比考虑了磁轴承电磁参数与控制器参数的关系,设计结果与试验结果基本吻合。设计与试验结果表明:提出的设计方法切实可行,具有一定的应用价值。
The working principle is introduced for a new permanent magnet biased radial magnetic bearing in magnetic suspending flywheel. The radial magnetic bearing is analyzed and calculated by using equivalent magnetic circuit. The design method based on displacement stiffness and current stiffness is presented for the bearing, in which the relation- ship between electromagnetic parameters and controller parameters is considered. The steps of the design method are also introduced in detail In the last, an example is given, which is simulated and calculated by using magnetic circuit and finite element analysis. The theory analysis shows that the design results are in agreement with the experimental results.
