摘要
根据岛式薄膜受力及边界条件,给出了岛式薄膜节流器的变形系数解析式。常规薄膜节流器和岛式薄膜节流器对比分析表明,岛式薄膜节流器克服了常规薄膜节流器近似缝隙节流和薄膜易翘曲的不足,实现了真正的缝隙节流,其承载能力也大幅度提高。
Based on island type lamella＇ s press and boundary condition, analytic formula of island type thin film restrictor is given. Comparing the restfictor structure both normal regulations and island type thin film, the result shows that island type thin film restrictor is not easy to warp, realizing real thin tap restrict and having higher carrying capacity.
