经济欠发达地区推进城镇化进程应注意的几个问题——以河南省为例

Several Issues Which Should Be Noted in the Process of Urbanization to Promote Economically underdeveloped areas——Taking Henan Province as an Example

对中国主要经济欠发达地区的城市化进程进行了思考,以河南省为例指出了经济欠发达地区在城镇化进程中面临的一些主要问题,包括城镇规划水平不高、土地使用粗放、城镇化与经济发展水平相脱节、城市中出现"新二元结构"、"城市病"困扰、城镇化削弱农业基础地位等几个方面,并在分析研究的基础上提出了具有针对性的对策建议。

This paper has a comprehensive thinking about the process of urbanization in China, mainly in the underdeveloped regions. Taking Henan province as an example, this paper points out several principal problems faced by underdeveloped regions in the process of urbanization, including the low standard of city--town planning, extensive use of land, discordance between urbanization and economic development level, the appearance of dual-structure in cities, disturbance of ＂urban diseases＂ and impairment of agricultures basic status to some degree because of rhanization, etc. At last, on the basis of analysis and study, this paper puts forward to some pertinent suggestions in accordance with these problems.
