The ability of social adaptation is an important part of undergraduates＇compositive ability. In China, high education pays important attention to cultivating Undergraduates＇ ability of social adaptation. On the base of the actuality of undergraduate＇s ability of social adaptation, the thesis discussed the significance of social practice activity on increasing undergraduate＇s ability of social adaptation, and suggested how to innovate social practical activities and increase undergraduates＇ ability of social adaptation .
