摘要
采用数值模拟方法研究了中材建设有限公司的国外2 000 t/d生产线的分解炉内无烟煤的燃烧过程.挥发成分采用单速率模型,炭颗粒燃尽采用反应动力/有限扩散速率模型,颗粒相采用随机轨道模型.根据模拟计算结果,研究了分解炉无烟煤燃烧温度、挥发速率、燃尽速率等的分布特征,得出了无烟煤在分解炉内能够充分燃烧的结论,该分解炉结构及工艺参数是合理的.
Aiming at the precalciner of an oversea 2000 ton/day new type dry-process cement production line contracted by CBMI Construction Co.,Ltd.,with single rate model for coal volatiles,kinetic/diffusion limited model for char burnout and random walk model for discrete phase,the process of anthracite combustion in the precalciner is numerically simulated.According to the simulation results,the necessary condition that can make anthracite burnt fully in the precalciner is obtained,and the rationalities of the precalciner structure and technics parameters are also analyzed.
