摘要
针对面向现场多传感器自适应控制算法的数据传输处理要求,提出了一种与其相适应的控制网络平台架构实现方案。采用精简的LAN级Sockets、带中继的I2C总线和底层微处理器的三层总线结构,以现场主服务器作为多传感器自适应控制算法处理核心和网络控制中枢;以单MCU驱动多传感器模式,实现异构反馈数据的采集和数据融合预处理任务。配合以算法前提与二叉树存储等新型处理等机制,有效地提高了硬件系统的通用性和可重构性,降低了系统维护和升级的成本。
An adaptive control Web -system was made to fulfill the uniform processing for data transmission from multi -sensor. Adopt LAN level Sockets retrenching, which brings three tiers of highways structure of relaying I^2C and bottom microprocessor along, handling core and network under the control of centre in the scene. At the same time, with MCU - sensors pattern, the data acquisition and the data fuzzy reasoning were realized. New models such as premise and two - fork tree - memory fitting with the algorithm were handled for mechanism, improving the system's reconfigurability and decreasing the updating cost.
