摘要
研究了西门子611D驱动系统的电流环、速度环和位置环的作用及相互关系,分析这些控制环参数对机床控制特性的影响,设计控制环节参数优化调试实验方案,对驱动的具体调试参数进行测量和优化。通过DMC64V机床加工的实践证明,驱动优化后的机床运行稳定,大大减少和消除了加工中的表面过切、表面麻点问题。
Research on the position controller, speed controller and current controller in Siemens 611D drive system is conducted. Analyzed the influence of the relevant controller parameters to the performance of the machine, and designed the scheme of the optimization. The relevant machine date are measured and modified. The cutting test on machine DMC64V with the optimized drive proved that the machine could work more stable and almost eliminate the problems such as rough surface and overshot point surface.
