摘要
计算和分析高速旋转圆盘应力的分布情况,给出了理论的计算公式。以高速砂轮基体为例,进行有限元数值模拟,给出了砂轮基体在高速旋转时的应力分布结果。计算分析了不同的砂轮速度和不同的结构参数对高速砂轮基体的最大拉应力的变化情况,为高速砂轮的结构设计和优化提供有益的参考。
In this study, the stress analysis on the high speed rotating discs is carried on. Its elastic solutions and stress distributions are given. The solutions are also given out by the finite element method ( FEM ). Two different finite element models are established for grinding wheels by using ANSYS software. The maximum stress components of high speed grinding wheels with different velocity and structural parameters are discussed. As a result, some conclusions are obtained from the comparison of analysis, which offer valuable guides for the design and optimization of high speed grinding wheels.
