摘要 主要对影响滚、剃齿精度、引起剃齿中凹的原因进行了分析。推导了进入双点啮合区的法面啮合角公式,采取了独特的剃齿刀修形方式,从设计和修形上下功夫杜绝剃齿中凹的产生。为提高齿轮滚、剃精度,解决剃齿中凹问题进行了大量的实验并对其实验结果进行了对比分析,提出了解决这一系列问题的方法和措施,并在生产实践中得到了验证。 The affection to hobbing and shaving accuracy, and the cause of shaving concave are analyzed in the text. And the normal engagement angle of approaching double - point tooth area is deduced. The special dressing method of shaving cutter has been adopted. The shaving concave is stopped on the design and the dressing. For raising the bobbing and shaving accuracy of gear and solving the shaving concave, we carried out large number of the experiments, and its result contrast. Therefore, the methods and measures for solving a series of problems have been offered. These methods and measures have been successfully checked in the production .
