江砂胶结充填体抗压强度的多元回归研究 被引量:9

摘要 针对新桥硫铁矿胶结充填存在的质量问题,对该矿的江砂胶结充填体进行了室内单轴抗压强度正交试验。通过对试验结果进行多元回归分析,建立了江砂胶结充填体抗压强度与浓度、水泥含量、粒径、养护时间、温度等影响因素的回归关系式,得出影响充填体强度的最主要因素为粒径。研究结果为提高充填体质量和降低充填成本提供了依据。 With the aim to solve the serious quality problems of cemented river sand filling mass in Xinqiao Pyrite Mine, a series of orthogonal laboratory tests on the uniaxial compressive strength of cemented river sand filling mass were carried out. By the multiple regression analysis made on the results of tests, the regression relationship of compressive strength to the concentration of slurry, the dosage of cement, the particle size of river sand, curing time and temperature was established. It was found that the main factor influencing the compressive strength of filling mass is the particle size of river sand. The results of studies provide basis for improving the quality of filling mass and reducing the filling cost.
