摘要 由于软岩巷道围岩松散、强度低、胶结程度差,已严重影响矿山的正常生产。针对此问题,采用自制的试验装置对松散体试件进行了室内灌浆试验研究,对比了不同浆液配比的灌浆效果。试验结果表明灌浆后松散体试件的强度及力学参数都有了显著的提高,而浆液的配比不仅对浆液渗透范围有影响,而且对灌浆结石体的力学特性也影响显著。最后,通过正交直观分析法计算得到了影响灌浆量和浆液扩散半径的主次因素依次为浆液水灰比、灌浆压力、介质析水率,并给出了灌浆量及渗透半径与各影响因素的数学回归模型。 The normal production of a mine may be seriously influenced because of low strength and poor cementation of loose surrounding rock of roadway in soft stratum. With the aim to solve the problem, by a self- developed testing device, the laboratory experiment was made on the grouting of loose media, and the grouting effects at different proportions of grout were compared. The experimental results showed that the strength and mechanical parameters of the grouted loose media were improved remarkably ; the proportion of grout had big influence not only on the infiltrating radius of slurry but also on the mechanical properties of agglomeration formed by grouting. By the orthogonal design - direct analysis, it was found that the influences of various factors to grouting quantity and diffusion radius of grout were decreasing in the following order: water to cement ratio, grouting pressure and water segregation rate. And the regression models of grouting quantity and infiltration radius with the various influencing factors have been put forward.
