摘要
用液体、固体培养基交替培养的方法从某矿酸性矿坑水中得到一株氧化亚铁硫杆菌,研究了不同初始Fe2+浓度对该菌氧化速率的影响,同时还研究了初始pH值与初始Fe2+浓度对培养过程中沉淀产生的影响。结果表明:初始Fe2+的浓度为9.05 g/L,pH值为2.0左右是减少沉淀产生和发挥细菌氧化活性的最佳条件。
A strain of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans was isolated from underground acid water in a mine by alternate culture with liquid and solid culture mediums. The influence of different initial Fe^2 + concentration on oxidation activity of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans, as well as the influence of initial Fe^2+ concentration and pH value on precipitation in the process of culturing was studied. The results show that the best condition for decreasing precipitation and improving oxidation activity of the strain of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans is initial pH value 2. 0, initial Fe^2+ concentrate about 9.05 g/L.
