我国煤炭企业产业组织分析

Analysis on China's Coal Enterprises Based on Industrial Organization Theory

运用产业组织理论中哈佛学派的分析方法,分析了我国煤炭产业现状,即市场集中度低,生产经营方式粗放,无序竞争,资源浪费严重,安全恶化,效率低下,技术进步缓慢,产业整体绩效差等问题。提出煤炭产业应积极组建大型煤炭集团,提高产业集中度,扩大规模效应,进行煤炭企业制度及技术的创新,提高核心竞争力,从而实现煤炭资源的合理利用和煤炭经济的可持续发展。

This paper analyzed the situation of China＇s coal industry by applying the industrial organization theory of the Harvard School, and the conclusion is as followed：for China＇s coal mining enterprises, the market concentration is low, the production and management are rough, the competition is out - of - order, the waste of resources is serious, the safety status is worsening, the efficiency is low, the technological progress is slow, and the general performance of the industry is poor etc. And some suggests to achieve the rational utilization of coal resources and the sustainable development of coal industrial economy are presented, such as setting up a large coal groups,improving the degree of the industrial concentration, enlarging the scale effect of the enterprises, strengthening the institutional and technological innovations in the coal enterprises, improving the core competitive power of the coal enterprises.
