摘要
执行是目标与结果之间不可缺失的一环,是一切组织成功的关键,没有执行力,就没有竞争力。从企业领导者提升个人执行力、打造有执行力的团队和"赢在执行"3个方面探讨了企业管理中提高执行力的问题,指出只有不断提升企业管理执行力,才能真正"做大、做实、做强"企业,实现企业可持续发展的战略目标。
Execution in enterprise management is an indispensable link between objective and result, and is the key to achieve success for all organizations. If the executive strength is not strong, the competitive ability is weak. This paper approaches the enhancement of executive power in enterprise management from the three aspects : increasing the personal executive ability of enterprise, s leaderships, building a group with executive power and"success depending on execution", points out that an enterprise" can be made large, solid and strong" and the strategic objective of sustainable development of enterprise can be reached, only if the executive power in enterprise management is continuously increased.
