详细介绍了造气流程、集散微机控制系统(DCS)、蒸汽系统、吹风气回收系统和油压系统的改造情况及运行效果。改造后,系统阻力下降6.7 kPa,入炉蒸汽温度提高至约230℃,单炉发气量提高了1300 m3/h(标态),吨氨白煤消耗下降90 kg,生产非常稳定,经济效益显著。
The revamp and operation results are given in detail of the gasification flow, DCS, steam system, blown gas recovery system and oil pressure system. After the revamp, the resistance in the system decreases by 6.7 kPa, the temperature of steam into the gasifier increases to about 230 ℃ , the volume of gas formed in a single gasifier rises by 1 300 m^3/h (standard conditions) , the consumption of anthracite per ton of ammonia reduces by 90 kg, production is very stable, and the economic benefit is substantial.
