一种简易的小动物一氧化氮吸入系统的研制

摘要 作者自行设计了一套小动物一氧化氮(NitricOxide,NO)吸入系统,该系统主要包括有机玻璃舱、采气泵、流量计、NO/N2混和气体、纯氧、氮氧化物分析仪、O2、CO2监测仪。实验过程中,将6-7只大鼠置于舱内分别吸入20ppm、40ppm、80ppm的NO8h,每20min记录一次舱内NO、NO2、O2和CO2的浓度值。结果表明舱内的实测NO浓度与实验所设计的NO浓度相近,舱内氧浓度与空气中的氧浓度相似,NO2和CO2最大浓度分别不超过3ppm和0.3%,而且在整个吸入过程中,舱内各气体浓度趋于稳定。该系统结构简单,使用方便,可用于大鼠长期吸入NO的实验研究作者自行设计了一套小动物一氧化氮(NitricOxide,NO)吸入系统,该系统主要包括有机玻璃舱、采气泵、流量计、NO/N2混和气体、纯氧、氮氧化物分析仪、O2、CO2监测仪。实验过程中,将6-7只大鼠置于舱内分别吸入20ppm、40ppm、80ppm的NO8h,每20min记录一次舱内NO、NO2、O2和CO2的浓度值。结果表明舱内的实测NO浓度与实验所设计的NO浓度相近,舱内氧浓度与空气中的氧浓度相似,NO2和CO2最大浓度分别不超过3ppm和? A nitric oxide exposing system was designed for experimental research, which consist of equipments such as plexiglass chamber, blower, flowmeter, NO/N 2 cylinder, pure O 2 cyclinder, NO x analyzer, and O 2/CO 2 monitor. The efficacy of the whole system has been verified through our practice as shown by the following results: measured NO inside the chamber were close to designed NO concentrations, measured O 2 concentrations in the chamber were similar to that of the atmosphere, and the highest nitrogen dioxide(NO 2) and carbon dioxide(CO 2) concentrations were lower than 3ppm and 0 3% respectively. The experimental facility is simple in construction, easy to be operated and convenient for research on effects and toxicity of long term inhaled nitric oxide in small animals.
