落实科学发展观 实现新疆经济与环境协调发展

Implementing the Scientific Concept of Development to Achieve Coordinated Development of Economy and Environment in Xinjiang

环境与经济发展之间的关系十分密切,世界许多国家和地区无不把协调经济发展与生态环境的关系作为实现可持续发展的重要议程和战略。可持续发展的核心问题就是如何妥善处理好经济发展与环境保护的关系问题。党的十七大报告提出,要全面把握科学发展观的科学内涵和精神实质,深入贯彻落实科学发展观。本文在分析新疆落实科学发展观、实现经济与环境协调发展的紧迫性和现实意义的基础上,认为发展循环经济是实现新疆经济与环境协调发展的根本途径。

The environment has very close relationship with economic development, many countries and regions coordinate economic development and ecological environment on the achievement of sustainable development as an important agenda and strategies. How to properly handle the relationship between economic development and the environmental protection is the core issue of sustainable development. Hu Jintao＇s report at 17th Party Congress pointed out the need to comprehensively grasp the scientific concept of development of science content and essence and to deeply implement the scientific concept of development. Based on the analysis of the urgency and practical significance of implementing the scientific concept of development to achieve coordinated development of economy and environment in Xinjiang, this paper advances that implement of circular economy is the most important way to achieve coordinated development of economy and environment in Xinjiang.
