构建和谐社会下我国流动人口的社会保障问题

A Study on Social Security of Immigrating Population in the Process of Constructing Harmonious Society in China

当前,构建和谐社会与社会保障之间的矛盾日益突出,而流动人口作为弱势群体的构成部分之一,其社会保障问题已成为构建和谐社会的瓶颈。因此,做好流动人口的社会保障问题,对构建社会主义和谐社会和落实科学发展观具有深远的意义。本文从流动人口社会保障的现状入手,分析影响流动人口社会保障的原因,在此基础上提出几点建议。

Currently, harmonious society and social security have become the hot topic. Meanwhile the immigrating populatlon,as one of the disadvantaged minority, is the bottleneck in the process of constructing the harmonious society. To settle well the question of the social security,it has profound significance for constructing the harmonious society and implement scientific development. So as to make theoretical contribution to the issue, the paper has tried to analyze the status quo of immigrating people＇s social security,excavate some reasons and offer feasible proposals.
