亚临界600MW机组汽轮机主汽阀关闭异常对机组安全运行构成威胁,按严重程度对主汽阀关闭异常进行分类,并从主汽阀的结构特点和关键部件受力等进行分析,探讨造成主汽阀各种类型关闭异常的原因,提出了解决问题的措施。
The abnormal shut- off of main steam valve for subcritical 600 MW steam turbines threatens safe operation of the unit, being a difficult problem harassing every related power generation company. According to the severity, the abnormal shut- off of main steam valves has been classified. By analysing structural features of the main steam valves and the stress of their key parts, an approach to the causes resulting in various kinds of abnormal shut - off for main steam valves has been made, and measures for solving the said problem being put forward.
