摘要
华能玉环电厂二期超超临界机组锅炉水冷壁小径厚壁管安装前发现焊缝存在较严重的未熔合缺陷,需进行大量检测。对此,采取射线与超声波检测结合的方法,显著地提高了受检部件缺陷的检出率。
Before installation, it has been discovered that the boiler water - wall pipes with small diameter and large wall - thickness of ultra- supercritical units in second- phase project for Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant have comparatively serious unfused weld -joint defects, needing to carry out a large amount of inspection. For this, A combined method of radiactive ray detection with supersonic inspection has been adopted, enhancing obviously detection rate of defects on the inspected parts.
