摘要
对在2003~2005年搭载我国第18、20、22颗返回式卫星进行空间诱变处理的甘薯杂交种子进行发芽及实生苗种植试验,结果表明:空间诱变处理对甘薯种子的出芽和成苗没有不利影响,实生苗的蔓长、分枝数和茎叶重均有所增加,并容易出现深紫色甘薯材料、薯块品质改善;经空间诱变处理的甘薯种子实生苗系有较高的入选率,可筛选出较多的淀粉类型和紫色类型育种材料。
Carried by No. 18, 20 , 22 China's satellites from 2003 to 2005, total of 1480 sweet potato hybrid seeds were treated for space mutation. No adverse impact on germination and seedling growth was found, followed by increasing in average vine length, branches number, top weight. It is thought that space mutation can promote sweetpotato growth, and dark purple sweet potato variation is easy to be obtained, and root quality is improved. The results of seedling selection showed that there is a higher rate of selection for mutant seedlings, with more types of purple, starch breeding materials.
