摘要
以红玫瑰竹芋的地下分蘖芽为外植体进行了离体快繁研究,结果表明:芽启动诱导培养基以1/2MS+Adenine1.0 mg/L+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L为宜,诱导率达90.3%;增殖继代培养基以1/2MS+Adenine 1.0 mg/L+6-BA 2.0mg/L+NAA 0.50 mg/L为宜,每50 d继代1次,连续继代3次,增殖效果最佳,增殖系数达4.32倍;生根培养基以1/2MS+NAA 0.30 mg/L为宜,生根率达88.9%;将生根苗移栽于Klasmann泥炭422+Klasmann泥炭413(21)∶混合基质中,42 d后成活率达85.7%。
Young shoots underground were used as explants to investigate optimum conditions for rapid propagation in Calathea roseopictca The suitable shoot induction medium was 1/2MS+Adenine 1.0 mg/L+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L, the induction rate was 90.3%. The optimum medium for proliferation was 1/2MS+Adenine 1.0 mg/L+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L, in the medium the most efficient proliferation was obtained with 4.32 shoots per explant after three subcultures, one time per 50 days. The best medium for rooting was 1/2MS+NAA 0.3 mg/L, the rooting rate reached 88.9%. About 85.7% of plantlets survived after they were transferred onto the mixed substrates of Klasmann 422 and 413 (2:1) for 42 days.
