摘要
对金针菇的营养成分及其抗肿瘤作用、免疫调节作用、护肝作用等生理活性进行了总结,对目前以金针菇为原料开发的产品进行了概述。探讨了目前金针菇开发中存在的一些问题,并对下一步如何开展金针菇研究提出了一些建议。
In this paper, the nutritional components, the function of anti-tumor, the immunomodulatory effect and the liver protection effect of the Flarnmulina velutipe were summaried. It also generalized the products developed from the Flammulina velutipes at present. At last, some problems were disscussed and it was suggested how to carry out the research on Flammulina velutipes.
