Research on the Infringement of Olympic Intellectual Property in Our Country and Related Suggestions

伴随着北京2008年奥运会的日益临近,奥林匹克知识产权侵权现象日益猖獗。通过对真实案例的分析,剖析了目前我国奥林匹克知识产权侵权现象的主要特点和类别。在总结国外先进经验的基础上,提出增设保护奥林匹克知识产权的信息平台、建立体育知识产权机构、构建奥运知识产权预警制度体系等相关的解决建议。

With the approaching of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, the violations of Olympic intellectual property right （IPR） is rampant. This article explores the features and categories of infringement of Olympic IPR through analysis the practical cases. On the basis of learning advanced experiences from other countries, some suggestions are proposed, such as establishing of information platform of Olympic IPR, establishing of sports intellectual property,construction of prediction system and so on.
