医学生造血干细胞捐献知识、态度、行为调查

Investigation on knowledge,attitude and practice towards contribution of hematopoietic stem cells among medical students

目的了解医学生对造血干细胞捐献的认知、态度和行为,为在全社会做好造血干细胞捐献知识的宣传普及提供参考。方法对广西壮族自治区3所医学院校在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果95.61%的学生听说过造血干细胞移植,92.70%的学生知道造血干细胞捐献的重要意义;但只有35.30%的学生知道捐献对健康无损害,19.26%的学生知道捐献的健康标准;多因素Logistic回归分析显示,身体健康状况对捐献意愿和行为影响最大(Beta=-0.503);捐献的积极动机中,79.97%的学生希望挽救他人生命;消极动机中,69.37%的学生担心造血干细胞被他人用来谋取非法利益。结论应广泛深入地开展造血干细胞捐献知识的宣传普及工作。

Objective To realize contribution of hematopoietic stem cells（CHSC）related knowledge,attitude and practice（KAP）among medical students and provide reference for CHSC propaganda.Methods A self-filled questionnaire on CHSC was used randomly among students of 3 medical universities in Guangxi.Results 95.61%of the students once heard the CHSC,92.70% of them knew signficance of CHSC;But only 35.30% students knew that CHSC could not do harm to the health.19.26% of them knew the health standard of CHSC.Binary Logistic regression showed that health condition was the biggest effect factor to wish and practice of CHSC（Beta=-0.503）;79.97% of the students hoped save the people＇s life among positive motive of CHSC.69.37% of them worried that hematopoietic stem cells were used to seek illegal benefit by some people among negative motive of CHSC.Conclusion Large amount of knowledge towards CHSC should be widely and deeply propagated.
