p35 gene of Trichoplusia ni nuclear polyhedrosisvirus(TnNPV), amplified by polymerase chain reaction,was cloned and sequenced,revealing that it has 100% homologue to that of Autographa californica nuclear polyhedrosis virus.The experiment demonstrated that the cloned TnNPV p35 gene was able to inhibit the apoptosis of Trichoplusia ni cells (BTI-5B1-4) induced by the infection of Heliothis armigera nuclear polyhedrosis virus.
