摘要
通过对20CrNi2Mo钢和20Cr2Ni4钢进行渗碳表面强化处理,检测试样的变形,测试渗层的碳浓度梯度,试样的有效硬化层及表层的残余奥氏体含量。结果发现,20CrNi2Mo钢变形倾向明显小于20Cr2Ni4钢,其碳浓度梯度分布合理,硬化性能好,表层残余奥氏体含量及分布理想,热处理工艺性能优于20Cr2Ni4钢。
20CrNi2Mo and 20Cr2Ni4 whose processing properties are different are normal heavy -duty gear steel. The distortion of pattern were researched, the concentration grads were tested, the depths of availability hard case were determined, and the contents of remains austenit were studied. Results show that the distortion of 220CrNi2Mo is less than 20Cr2Ni4, the concentration grads are reasonable,harden ability and the processing properties are all better than 20Cr2Ni4 steel.
