摘要
详细分析ACF-70型压裂车曲轴箱窜入压裂液的原因,提出对ACF-70B型压裂车柱塞室密封系统进行改进的方案、措施,解决ACF-70B型压裂车压裂液窜入柱塞泵曲轴箱引发机油变质的故障,降低柱塞泵曲轴箱润滑油和柱塞盘根、密封圈等钻材料的消耗量,提高了车辆的出勤率,保障了生产用车。
The author analysises reasons of leakage of the fracturing fluid in the ACF - 70 plunger pump crankcase , and proposes improvement measures of ACF -70B plunger pump sealing systems to solve the failure caused by unusual leaking fluid , such as oil metamorphism, consumption of lubricants,plunger Pangen and sealing materials, increased vehicle attendance for protection of the production.
