The 3'-part of the replicase gene of PLRV-Ch-RNA was cloned and sequenced.Its sequence showed it consisted of 607nt including the most conservative bioactive motif'GDD'.The sequence homologies,if compared with the corresponding region of PLRV-S、-N、-C and -A,were 99.5%,99%,98.2% and 95.7% in nucleotide,and 100%,99.5%,100% and 99% in amino acid respectively. This is the first report of replicase gene of PLRV-Ch in China.
