手术对原发性肝癌病人乙型肝炎病毒活动状态的影响

Influence of surgical resection of primary hepatocellular carcinoma on hepatitis B virus activity state

目的了解针对肝癌合并乙肝病毒感染的病人,手术打击是否影响肝炎病毒复制。方法随机对合并乙肝病毒感染,行肝癌切除术的原发性肝癌病人,测定手术前后HBVDNA的含量。结果手术前后乙肝病毒的复制状态差异有统计学意义。结论手术对乙肝病毒的复制状态有影响,手术打击可能导致病毒复制状态的增强。

Objective To understand the effects of surgery against hepatitis virus replication in the patient with hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatitis B virus infection. Methods Patients of primary hepatocellular carcinoma with hepatitis B virus infection who received surgical treatment were selected at random. Then the preoperative and postoperative HBV DNA contents were measured. Results Preoperative and postoperative replication state of hepatitis B virus was different statistically. Conclusion Surgery influenced the replication of hepatitis B virus, and the operation may lead to a state of increased virus replication.
