羧侧基聚芳醚砜醚酮酮的合成及其吸附性能 被引量:6

Synthesis and Adsorption Properties of Poly(Aryl Ether Sulfone Ether Ketone Ketone) with Side Carboxyl

摘要 以4,4′-二苯氧基二苯砜(DPODPS),偏苯三酸酐酰氯(TMAC)为单体通过Friedel-Crafts亲电反应合成了主链芳环上带有羧基侧基的聚芳醚砜醚酮酮(PESEKK-A)树脂。采用^1H NMR、FT-IR测试技术表征了聚合物的结构。结果表明,PESEKK-A树脂只溶解于少数几种溶剂如H2SO4(98%)、二氯乙酸、三氟乙酸中,表现出良好的耐溶剂和耐腐蚀性能。对Cu^2+、Ag^+、Cd^2+离子进行了树脂的负载性能研究。结果表明,羧基钠盐PESEKK-Na的负载性能远远优于PESEKK-A。PESEKK-Na负载Cu^2+、Ag^+、Cd^2+的最佳pH值分别为4.7、4.5和5.7,最大负载量分别为1.030、0.8153和0.5586mmol/g。PESEKK-Na对Cu^2+的2h负载量可达48h负载量的80.4%。在1mol/L HCl中,90%的负载量在1h被解吸。在12~45℃范围内,负载量随温度升高而增加,45℃时达1.049mmol/g。树脂回收再生后负载性能保持不变。 Poly ( aryl ether sulfone ether ketone ketone) with side carboxyl(PESEKK-A) attached to the main chain was synthesized by Friedel-Crafts polycondensation of 4,4′-diphenyoxyl diphenyl sulfone (DPODPS) with trimellitic anhydride chloride(TMAC). The structure was determined by ^1H NMR and FT-IR. PESEKK- A could only be dissovled in several solvents, such as, concentrated sulfuric acid (98%), dichloroacetic acid, and trifluoroacetic acid, showing high solvent-resistant and corrosion-resistant properties. Adsorptions of Cu^2+ , Ag^+ , Cd^2+ onto PESEKK-Na were studied. Sodium salt of the resin ( PESEKK-Na ) exhibited better adsorption ability than PESEKK-A. The optimum pH for the adsorption of Cu^2+ , Ag^+ , Cd^2+ onto PESEKK- Na were 4.7, 4.5 and 5.7, respectively. The adsorption capacities for Cu^2+ , Ag^+ , Cd^2+ were 1.03 mmol/g, 0. 815 3 mmol/g, and 0. 558 6 mmol/g, respectively. The amount of Cu^2+ adsorbed in 2 h was 80. 4% that adsorbed in 48 h, 90% of the adsorbed Cu^2+ desorbed within 1 h in 1 mol/L HCl. From 12 ℃ to 45 ℃, the amount of adsorption increased with temperature, and reached 1. 049 mmol/g at 45 ℃. The resin can be reused without loss of its adsorption ability. These results show that PESEKK-Na has potential in the fields of separating valuable metals and environmental protection.
