Cylindrical Grinding Using Step Drill and Its Technological Improvement

阶梯钻是由各种不同直径的外圆复合组成,有二级钻、三级钻和多阶梯钻等。阶梯钻有钻孔和扩孔2种功能,可实现1支钻头钻出不同孔径的孔,钻大孔时无须更换钻头,省时、省力、省材料、功效高。阶梯钻多数用在生产流水线、多工位专用机床或数控机床上。

Step drill which is composed of different-diameter cylindrical compositions, i.e. secondary drill, triple drill and multi-step drill, has two functions： drilling and expanding and is able to use only one drill bit to drill holes with different hole diameters. It is no need to change drill bit when drilling big holes, featuring time saving, effort saving, material saving and high efficiency. Step drill is commonly used on production lines, multi-station special purpose machine-tools or N/C machine-tools.
