摘要
本文分析了汽车覆盖件模具开发过程中各活动和过程的功能及作用,讨论了应用并行工程的开发理念对覆盖件模具进行开发的可行性,并阐述了基于并行工程进行覆盖件冲压模具开发所需的各种关键技术,最后建立了覆盖件拉深模结构并行设计的过程模型。
This paper analyzes the functions of each activity and its function in the development process of automobile panel dies;discusses the feasibility of developing the panel dies using the ideas of concurrent engineering;elaborates all sorts of key techniques in the development of panel dies based on concurrent engineering theory;finally constructs the process model of drawing die structure of automobile panel for concurrent design.
