螺旋槽干气密封性能的ANSYS参数化分析 被引量:1

摘要 应用ANSYS参数化设计语言APDL对螺旋槽干气密封装置建立了参数化计算模型,并对模型的三维流场进行了数值分析计算,得出了气流的速度分布和压力分布云图。通过在APDL程序中改变计算模型的几何参数,计算得出了螺旋槽的槽长、槽深、槽间距、螺旋角等设计变量对螺旋槽干气密封性能的影响情况,为螺旋槽干气密封的设计提供了依据。 ANSYS parametric design language-APDL was used to build a parametric calculation model for spiral groove dry gas seal appliance.The distribution of velocity and pressure is obtained;the results show the significance of micron-size groove to enhance the seal pressure.Through changing geometric parameters,of the calculation model in APDL program,the influences of design parameters,including groove length 、groove depth,、groove space,and spiral angle,on the performance of the spiral groove dry gas seal appliance were calculated and obtained.The analyses results provided scientific basis for design of this type of gas seal.
