摘要
在全面分析开发建设项目水土保持监测的业务和数据需求的基础上,提出了统一的监测指标体系,构建了基于3S技术的开发建设项目水土保持监测信息系统。该系统将数据采集(包括空间数据和属性数据)与预处理,数据管理与业务应用等融为一体,可以直接输出规定格式的监测数据报表、监测报告、统计图表和专题图。经测试和初步试用,该系统具有较强的操作性和良好的适用性。
This paper discusses the demands for tasks and data of soil and water conservation monitoring in development and construction projects, puts forward an indicator system for soil and water loss monitoring, and designs an information system based on 3S techniques (remote sensing, geographic information system, and global positioning system). The system gathers functions of datum collection, processing, management, and application. It can print ordered format tables, statistical tables and figures, and thematic maps. Being tested and used, the system is proved to have good performance and applicability.
