摘要
利用光合气体交换和叶绿素a荧光分析技术研究了陇椒系列辣椒的光合特性.结果表明:陇椒1、2、6号辣椒叶片的净光合速率(Pn)均显著高于对照(佳木斯),光补偿点(LCP)均显著低于对照(佳木斯).陇椒2、6号的叶绿素a、b、总叶绿素含量以及表观量子效率(AQY)均显著高于对照(佳木斯).陇椒6号的羧化效率(CE)、光合能力和RuBP最大再生速率均显著高于对照(佳木斯).试验品种间最大光能转化效率Fv/Fm、实际光能转化效率ΦPSⅡ和光化学猝灭系数qP均无显著性差异.因此,陇椒系列辣椒具有较高的叶绿素含量和净光合速率,利用弱光的能力较强,是其高产的重要生理基础.
The photosynthetic characteristics of different "Longjiao" pepper cultivars were compared with "Jiamusi" cultivar. The results showed that net photosynthetic rates (Pn) in pepper leaves of "Longjiao" No. 1,No. 2 and No. 6 were higher,and the light compensation point (LCP) was lower than that in "Jiamusi". The content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and AQY in pepper leaves of "Longjiao" No.2 and No. 6 were higher than that in "Jiamusi". The CE,photosynthetic capacity and max regeneration velocity of RuBP in pepper leaves of "Longjiao" No. 6 were higher than that in Jiamusi. There were little differences in Fv/Fm,ФPSⅡ and qP among all studied pepper cultivars. It is suggested that a higher yield of different "Longjiao" pepper cultivars caused of higher chlorophyll contents, Pn and photosynthetic capacity.
