摘要 采用水热合成方法,在特定的反应条件下合成了具有锐钛矿相结构的TeO2/TiO2纳米复合物.探讨了产物的形成机理和影响因素;用透射电镜、X射线粉末衍射、紫外-可见光谱、荧光光谱以及循环伏安等手段对产物的结构和性质进行了分析和表征. Anatase TeO2/TiO2 nanocomposite was synthesized by a hydrothermal process in the given reaction condition. The produet as-obtained was characterized by a series of means, including transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, uhraviolet visible spectroscopy, photoluminescence and cycle vohammetry.
