醋酸纤维素膜的制备及对染料的分离研究 被引量:5

摘要 制备了醋酸纤维素膜,将所制备的膜应用于对染料日落黄、活性黑B的分离,探讨了浓度、操作压力、膜厚对膜分离性能的影响.结果表明:当操作压力为0.3 MPa、膜厚为300μm时,所制备的膜对两种染料有较好的分离效果,对日落黄和活性黑B的截留率分别达60%和95%以上. Membranes of cellulose acetate were prepared. Sunset yellow(SY) and reactive black B (RBB) was separated through the membranes. Effects of different factors including concentration, operating pressure and thickness of membranes were investigated on membrane performance. The results showed that the membranes had obvious different selectivity for the two dyestuffs. The membranes have better separation effects when operating pressure is O. 3 MPa, membrane thickness is 300μm, the rejection fractions of RBB and SY is up to 95 % and 60 %, respectively.
