摘要
[目的]了解脑动脉硬化患者的睡眠质量与生存质量之间的关系。[方法]分别使用SF-36量表和PSQI量表对受调查人员进行测试,对患者生存质量和睡眠质量进行相关分析。[结果]存在睡眠质量问题的患者在在PF、RP、BP和RE等项目上的得分低于无睡眠质量问题的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。睡眠时间和睡眠效率与PF呈显著负相关。睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠紊乱、安眠药物、日间功能与RP呈负相关。入睡时间、睡眠时间与BP呈负相关。睡眠效率与RE呈显著负相关。[结论]脑动脉硬化患者睡眠质量与生存质量密切相关。对脑动脉硬化患者睡眠质量进行监测,对促进脑动脉硬化患者生活质量的整体提高具有积极的意义。
[Objective] To assess the relationship of sleep quality and quality of life of patient＇s with cerebral arteriosclerosis. [Methods] Used SF-36 to assess patient＇s quality of life and used PSQI to assess patients＇ sleep quality. Then made a correlation analysis between sleep quality and quality of life. [Results] There were significant differences in PF, RP, BP and RE among different patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis. There was a negative relationship between patients＇ sleep quality and quality of life. [ Conclusion] It is important to monitor the sleep quality of patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis, which can improve patients＇ quality of life.
