枯草芽孢杆菌PY-1对柑橘采后病害的生物防治 被引量:10

摘要 [目的]以枯草芽孢杆菌PY-1为拮抗菌研究其对柑橘果实采后由指状青霉引起的绿霉病的防治作用。[方法](1)体外实验:在混有病原菌孢子的PDA平板上接种PY-1和PY-1发酵滤液。(2)体内实验:对柑橘果实人工接种绿霉病,测定PY-1菌悬液、发酵液、无菌发酵液、热处理发酵液对绿霉病以及对菌斑扩展的抑制作用。[结果](1)体外实验中PY-1及其发酵滤液均表现出对病原菌的抑制作用。(2)与对照组相比,PY-1的四种处理液均对绿霉病以及菌斑的扩展有较好的抑制作用,抑制效果强弱依次是:发酵液,菌悬液,无菌发酵液,热处理发酵液。[结论]PY-1可作为生物拮抗菌应用于柑橘果实采后绿霉病的生物防治。 [Objective] To test the potential ability of Bacillus subtilis strain PY-1 in controlling green mold diseases of citruses caused by Penicillium digitatum. [Methods] (1) B. subtilis strain PY-1 and its broth were first tested in vitro for the ability to antagonize the growth of P. digitatum. (2) After artificially inoculating citruses with green mold, the inhibitory actions of bacterial suspension, broth, germfree broth and heat-treatment broth on green mold and bacteria plaque were detected. [ Results] (1) Both of the PY-1 and its broth had a strong ability to refrain P. digitatum in vitro. (2) Compared to the control group, the inhibitory actions of four fluids had better inhibitions, which from strong to poor were broth, bacterial suspension, germfree broth and heat-treatment broth in turns. [Conclusion] The results demonstrate that B. subtilis strain PY-1 can be used as a biological control method in protecting citruses against green mold disease caused by P. digitatum.
