摘要
[目的]探讨芝麻提取物芝麻素对二乙基亚硝胺(DEN)诱发大鼠肝癌的预防作用。[方法]采用动物试验。模型组和2个芝麻素组给予0.2%的DNE灌胃,2个芝麻素组同时分别给予不同浓度的芝麻素灌胃,正常对照组给予等量的生理盐水灌胃。观察大鼠体重、肝重、肝指数、肝表面癌结节数、血清ALT、AST、ALP、GGT的变化。[结果]2个芝麻素组大鼠的体重、肝重、肝指数、肝脏表面结节数和模型组大鼠比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2个芝麻素组大鼠的体重、肝重、肝指数、肝脏表面结节数比较差异无统计学意义;2个芝麻素组大鼠的血清ALT、AST、ALP、GGT水平均明显低于模型组(P<0.05)。2个芝麻素组的血清ALT、AST、ALP、GGT水平差异无统计学意义。[结论]芝麻素能保护肝细胞免受损伤,而且对DEN诱发大鼠肝癌形成具有一定的抑制和延缓作用。
[Objective] To observe the prevention of sesamin on rats' hepatocareinoma induced by diethylnitrosamine. [Methods] 40 mate SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group and two sesamin groups. 0.2% DNE was orally given in model group and two sesamin groups. At the same time, different concentration sesamin was orally giwn in two sesamin groups. Sodium chloride was orally given in normal group. Changes of body weight, liver weight, ratio of liver/body weught, hepatoma nodules and ALT ; AST, ALP, GGT in sera were observed. [Results] Body weight, liver weight, ratio of liver/body weight and hepatoma nodules in two sesamin groups had a significant difference compared with those in model group (P〈 0.05), those in two sesamin groups had no significant difference; serum ALT, AST, ALP, GGT in two sesamm groups were lower than those in model group (P〈 0.05) those in two sesamin groups had no significant difference. [Conclusion] Sesamin can protect liver cells from damage induced by DNE, then can inhibit and delay the development of hepatocareinoma.
