摘要
[目的]观察不同温度的饮食对大鼠自主活动和免疫能力的影响。[方法]采用动物试验将40只Wistar大鼠随机分为4组,分别喂食不同温度的食物和饮水,饲养过程中进行一般情况的观察,35d后进行自主活动测试、血浆免疫球蛋白和补体的测定、计算胸腺及脾脏系数。[结果]采用不同温度的饮食喂养35d后,C、D两组大鼠的自主活动距离明显大于A、B两组(P<0.05);B、C、D组血浆补体C3含量低于A组(P<0.05),C4含量显著低于A组(P<0.01),D组C4含量低于B、C组(P<0.05);免疫球蛋白4组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A、C两组胸腺及脾脏系数均明显高于D组(P<0.05);在饲养过程中C组大鼠的一般情况最好。[结论]大鼠自主活动能力、免疫能力及一般情况均以42℃~52℃温度组较好,而低温组免疫能力较高。
[ Objective] To study the effects of diet with different temperatures on spontaneous activities and immune abilities of rats. [Methods] Four groups (A, B, C, D) of Wistar rats were fed with diet with different temperatures. In the whole course of feeding, the general conditions were observed. After 35 days, the plasma IgG, IgM, IgA, C3 and C4 of rats were determined, while the spontaneous activities of rats were measured; then the spleen indexes and thymus indexes were calculated. [Results] The quantities of plasma C3 and C4 in group B, C and D were lower than that in group A (P 〈 0.05, P〈 0.01), the quantity of plasma C4 in group D was lower than those in group B and group C; the distances of spontaneous activities in group C and D were more far than those in group A and B (P 〈 0.05) ; the spleen indexes and thymus indexes in group A and group C were higher than that in group D (P 〈 0.05) ; while the general states such as spirit and reproduction in group C were the best. [Conclusion] The diet with 42%-52% could make rats have higher abilities of spontaneous activity, immune ability and better general state.
