摘要 [目的]建立同时测定饮用水中铁、锰、铜、锌的火焰原子吸收光谱法。[方法]配制合适的混合标准溶液,进行同时测定铁、锰、铜、锌的仪器参数优化及方法检出限测量,建立相应的工作曲线,直接进行样品测定。[结果]铁、锰、铜、锌含量在选定范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r>0.999(n=3),回归方程:铁y=0.11304x+0.00347、锰y=0.24005x+0.00601、铜y=0.16172x+0.01206、锌y=0.43190x+0.01466,检出限分别为铁0.029mg/L、锰0.005mg/L、铜0.033mg/L、锌0.005mg/L,样品分析的精确度试验,相对标准偏差为2.6%~5.4%,样品分析的准确度试验,回收率为94.0%~103.5%。[结论]该方法快速简便,可满足生活饮用水卫生标准要求。 [Objective] To establish a method for simultaneous determination on iron, manganese, copper and zinc in the drinking water by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. [Methods] Prepared mixing standard solution, optimized the instrument parameter and measured the detection limit of this method, established the propotional work curve, then measured the sample. [Results] The content of iron, manganese, copper and zinc within the selective range had a good linear correlation and the correlation coefficient r 〉 0.999 (n = 3). The regression equations: iron y=0.11304x+0.00347, manganese y= 0.24005x+0.00601, copper y=0.16172x+0.01206, zinc y=0.43190x+0.01466. The detection limit was iron 0.029 mg/L, manganese 0.005 mg/L, copper 0.033 mg/L, zinc 0.005 mg/L respectively. The relative standard deviation was between 2.6%- 5.4% in accuracy test, and the recovery between 94.0%-103.5%. [Conclusion] The method is quick, and it can satisfy the hygienic standard of drinking water.
