摘要
[目的]探讨恒温恒湿条件下开放性放置8h的大鼠血清中9项生化测定值的变化情况。[方法]10只SD成年大鼠禁食16h后,采集血清,分别于第0、2、4、6、8h测定其中的血糖(GLU)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(CREA)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、谷草酸转氨酶(AST)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)等九项指标。[结果]随着放置时间的延长,所有生化测定值都有所升高,其中第4、6、8h的GLU、TP、ALB和第8h的CREA显著高于第0h。[结论]开放性放置的动物血清,随着时间的增加,会对其中的生化测定值产生影响,从而导致对结果判断出现偏差。
[Objective] In order to probe into the changes of 9 biochemical values in rats' sera within 8 hours' deposit in open and in the condition of constant temperature and humidity. [ Methods] Sera of 10 SD ripc rats were collected after 16 hours fasting. 9 biochemical values such as blood sugar (GLU), usea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (CREA), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate transaminase (AST), total protein (TP), albumin (ALB), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) were tested. [ Results] With the deposit time prolonging, all of the measured values increased. Among them, the Values of GLU, TP, ALB at the 4th, 6th, 8th hour and CRERA at 8th hour were significantly higher than those at 0 hour. [Conclusion] With the open deposit time prolonging, hiochemical values in sera could be affected which result in deviation in the judgment of result.
