摘要
通过中试和生产性试验,研究了东江水处理过程中在过滤前投加石灰或过滤后投加NaOH、Na2CO3调节出厂水pH值的效果.结果表明:由于滤料表面生物膜与氨氮的硝化作用产酸,过滤前投石灰不能有效提高pH值.在清水池末端投加NaOH约4mg/L或Na2CO3约9mg/L,可以将出厂水pH值调节至7.5.投加NaOH的成本比投加Na2CO3低.
The adjusted effect of pH value was studied through pilot and productive experiments, by adding lime before coagulation and NaOH or Na2CO3 after filtration during the water treatment of Dongjiang River. According to the experiments, lime dosing before filtration can' t increase pH value effectively because of acid generated from nitrification between biological membranes on the surface of filtering media and ammonia nitrogen in water. The pH value of finished water can be increased to 7.5 by adding NaOH dosage of 4 mg/L or Na2CO3 dosage of 9 mg/L at the end of clean-water reservoir. The dosing cost with NaOH is lower than that with Na2CO3.
